It discusses the challenges in implementing these legal provisions effectively, including gaps in enforcement and cultural barriers. Furthermore, this work explores the impact of domestic violence on children’s physical, emotional, and psychological well-being, emphasizing the need for holistic support and intervention measures. Additionally, it highlights the role of various stakeholders, including government agencies, civil society organizations, and communities, in addressing this complex issue.
