The Effect of Teamwork on Employee Performance Among Small and Medium Enterprises in Kampala: A Case Study at Exquisite Solution Limited

This study focused on the effect of teamwork on employee performance among Small and Medium Enterprises in Kampala. A case study at Exquisite Solution Limited. The objectives of the study were; to establish if effective communication in teams has an impact on the employee performance at ESL, to identify the effect of leadership in teams on the employee performance at ESL and to analyze the role of reward management in teams on employee performance at ESL. The study employed a descriptive research design since the analysis unit was based on only one firm. A case study design was used to select a sample size of 50 respondents and Purposive and Simple random sampling procedures were used. Secondary data was collected and it’s what was used to explain the research phenomenon. The study concluded that the worker productivity increases when there is effective communication among the teams and within the organization. Besides many other things the communication within the organization helps the employees to perform their tasks well, to have information about the duties they have to perform, and about the goals of the organization. They argue that existence of communication within the organization lead to the effective decision making. The study concluded that the worker productivity increases when there is effective communication among the teams and within the organization. The study examined and evaluated the effect of teamwork on Employee Performance among Small and Medium Enterprises in Kampala, a case study of Exquisite Solution Limited. Based on the findings, there is a positive and significant relationship between effective communication and employee performance. Therefore, effective communication in the entertainment industry is an essential tactic that has been performed which can extract the ultimate of the employee to help the both organization and the employees to achieve their ultimate goal. Level of trust has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance as referring to the findings. Building trust is building the confidence in each other’s competencies and reliabilities, thus, the existence of trust among team members constructs synergy in the organization and a better performance of its employees as trust in based on the reliability and the competencies.

Service Quality and Customer Retention in Commercial Banks: A Case Study of Stanbic Bank, Mukono branch Kampala, Uganda

This study was based on an analysis of the effect of service quality on customer retention in commercial banks. It focused on critically examining the following objectives; (1) To find out the factors that determine service quality in commercial banks; (ii) To find out ways of managing service quality in commercial banks; (iii) To determine the relationship between service quality and customer retention in commercial banks. The study used a descriptive cross sectional survey design which included both qualitative and quantitative methods of data collection. The quantitative method was used to collect numerical data in form of numbers representing particular facts or measurement which helped the researcher to obtain information from respondents in depth. While the qualitative method explored a wide array of dimensions like the texture and leave of everyday life, the understanding and experiences of the research participants and the significance of the meaning they generate. After conducting the study, findings revealed that service quality and customer retention both go hand in hand and this meant that Stanbic bank should improve on their service quality and implement more efficient management systems because the higher the service quality the higher the customer retention in the bank. And from the findings of the study and the conclusions drawn, the researcher came up with recommendations to ensure that management of service quality is emphasized and these as included; more training of workers in order to improve their knowledge about work and service delivery 1; Good customer care to maintain and expand the market reach; Physical facility extensions in order to create space for offering quality services to customers with no congestion among others.

The Effect of Microfinance Credit Terms on the Performance of Small-Scale Enterprises in Mukono District

The study sought to investigate the effect of microfinance credit terms on the performance of small scale enterprises in Ddandira village, Namumira-Anthony Parish, Mukono district. The study was guided by three objectives: establishing the relationship between interest rates and the performance of small scale enterprises, examining the relationship between collateral security and the performance of small scale enterprises and determining the relationship between repayment period and the performance of small scale enterprises in Ddandira village, Mukono. The study was carried out using cross-sectional research design where quantitative research approach was utilized. Stratified sampling method was used to get a sample of 50 respondents who were SME owners and managers of the selected businesses dealing in businesses in Ddandira village, Namumira-Anthony Parish, Mukono district and these responded to the questionnaires that were used to collect data. From the study findings, it was revealed that a substantial negative relationship between high interest rates and SSE performance, emphasizing the detrimental impact of such rates on these businesses, and the need for more favorable lending conditions to support their growth. Secondly, the positive relationship between flexible collateral security and SSE performance underscores the importance of accommodating collateral options in facilitating access to credit, thereby enhancing the overall performance of SSEs. Lastly, the study demonstrates a significant positive correlation between longer loan repayment periods and SSE performance, emphasizing the critical role of loan term flexibility in enabling strategic decision-making and sustainable growth for these enterprises. These findings collectively underscore the significance of tailored financial arrangements and policies in fostering the success and stability of SSEs in Ddandira. Finally, the study recommended that policymakers and microfinance institutions focus on interest rate reforms and collateral flexibility to enhance the performance of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SSEs). It suggests offering customized loan repayment terms, providing financial literacy programs, and supporting SSE growth and innovation through lower interest rates. Regular monitoring, evaluation, and policy advocacy efforts are also essential for optimizing SSE financial health and access to credit.

Examining how Supplier Relationships Affect Production and Performance, Specifically Collaborative Supplier Relationships: A Case Study of Letz Talk Technologies Ltd Uganda

The purpose of the study aimed at examining how supplier relationships affect production and performance, especially collaborative supplier relationships basing on the following objectives; To establish the understanding of the respondents in terms of, relationship, age, gender, education level, position in the organization, number of years worked, and the marital status, o establish the different supplier relationship types of Letz Talk Technologies, To establish the level of supplier and production relationship Letz Talk Technologies , To establish the relationship between supplier, relationship Management and business production of Letz Talk products. Both qualitative and quantitative research designs were used. The sample size was randomly selected using the simple random sampling design. And sample size of 40 respondents was considered. Secondary sources of information included textbooks, magazines, pamphlets, research reports, journals, internet and newsletter were used in addition to various company annual reports, and Primary data was collected by the use questionnaires given by the respondents. Besides that, after collecting data, it was analysed in line with the problem, objectives of the research, research questions and other information especially from the literature review, Frequency tables and graphs were worked out basing on the data entered into excel. In these frequency tables and graphs, analysis was done with a corresponding percentage. Findings revealed that Letz talk technologies Ltd has important relationships with its suppliers whom they have closely worked with for years. The relationships are mostly collaborative and strategic which adds value to the company. Letz talk technologies is committed to the contractual arrangements though there is need to check on bureaucracy which sometimes stagnates and delays decision making and operations. Besides that, there is a lot of work in progress, a lot of bottlenecks were observed at the company and Suppliers take a lot of time in delivering what is requieed, It was recommended that Letz talk technologies Ltd should consider integration as a way to manage supplier problems and cut out the middle man to save time.

Child Marriage and Human Rights in Tororo District, Uganda: Case Study Kisoko, Gwaragwara

The study examined the impact of child marriage on the human rights of children, using selected a community (Kisoko, Gwaragwara) in Tororo District, Uganda as case study. The study objectives were: to investigate the factors influencing child marriage in Kisoko, Gwaragwara ; to examine the effects of child marriage on the human rights of the victims in Kisoko, Gwaragwara and to analyze the effects of child marriage on the well-being of the victims and the entire community of Kisoko, Gwaragwara. The study employed case study design, while data was collected using qualitative approaches. Accordingly, the data collection methods were face-to- face interviews, use of questionnaires and focus group discussion (FGD), and 60 respondents participated in the study. The study findings revealed that the main factors influencing child marriage in Kisoko, Gwaragwara are poverty, cultural practice of cementing alliances and women’s position in the society. In addition, the study found that child marriage breaches different aspects of human/ children’s rights, such as the right to education, healthcare, and protection from physical and sexual abuse among others. The study concluded that child marriage is a practice that has long lasting negative impact on the well-being of the affected individuals and the development of communities where it is practiced. Consequently, the study calls for the eradication of child marriage and thus, made recommendations on possible solutions and strategies to eradicate the practice.

Online Counseling Management System Application

The development of the "Let’s Talk" Online Counseling Management Application System was driven by the increasing demand, for efficient health support services at Uganda Christian University (UCU) majorly in the counseling department. This report begins with an introduction highlighting challenges with the current system being used. It also outlines the objective of the study which is to make sure the students, staff and community around easily access the counseling services in and out of the campus premises conveniently and lastly the overview of how the system was designed implemented and its impact on the university community. The report also explorers the literature which looks at recent research and advancements in the field of online counseling management application systems, encompassing subjects such as mobile applications for individuals’ involvement in use of the counseling services through these application systems. The assessment also emphasizes recent developments in online counseling management applications and the shift in the future forecast. Let’s Talk aims to bridge the gap in health care services by creating a user confidential platform where students, staff and faculty can seek counseling and support. The application system offers features such as user profiles, appointment scheduling, real time chat with professional counselor’s resource libraries and tools to track progress. The implementation of Let’s Talk also involved collaboration between UCUs IT department Known as the University ICT Services (UIS), counseling services department and student representatives. The system was designed with a focus on user needs to ensure that individuals, with levels of proficiency can easily access and utilize it which is well emphasized in the report’s conclusion. The findings of this case study will be utilized for directing subsequent research and modifications to the ecosystem underpinning the online counseling management app systems.

The Effects of E-Procurement Adoption on Organizational Performance of Online Retail Stores in Uganda: A Case Study of Jumia Uganda

The study analyzed the effect of the adoption of e-procurement on an organizational performance, a case study of Jumia Uganda. The study focused on the company's head office in Nakasero since it oversees all the other branches or pick-up stations in the country and manages all the procurement activities of the organization. The study was aimed at analyzing the effect of the adoption of e-procurement on the organizational performance of Jumia Uganda. The specific objectives which guided the study include; to assess the impact of the number of transactions on financial performance of Jumia Uganda, to examine the relationship between compliance on innovation and adaptability of e-procurement of Jumia and to examine the relationship between improved MIS and customer satisfaction at Jumia Uganda. A sample population of 187 respondents was selected using the Solvins formula from Jumia Uganda's employees at the head office and a questionnaire anchored on a five-point Likert scale was used to collect the primary data from them. Secondary data was collected from the internet and published literature about the company. The study used a case study research design. The data collected from the study was calculated, evaluated and then frequencies and percentages were used to demonstrate them on tables, pie charts and graphs. Each respondent signed a research agreement for confirming anonymity and maintaining confidentiality. Based on the data collected, the researcher concluded that there were several challenges of adopting e-procurement in an organization such as high internet costs among others and that those challenges could be overcome majorly through careful planning for e-procurement as well as an analysis of the pros and cons of the system. The researcher also concluded that there was a positive relationship between e-procurement and an organization's performance. Based on the findings made, the researcher recommended that companies should put into consideration ways of solving challenges that might come with the adoption of e-procurement for them to enjoy the full benefits that come with the system. He also recommended that further research should be done on the relationship between e-procurement practices and organizational effectiveness as well as the effect of training a company’s stakeholders on the successful use of e-procurement practices.

Analysis of Saving Habits Among Students: A Case Study of Uganda Christian University

This study examines the saving habits of students at Uganda Christian University (UCU) to gain insights into their financial behaviors and attitudes towards saving. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and interviews to collect data from a representative sample of UCU students. The study investigates factors influencing students' saving behavior, their financial goals, and the impact of financial education on their saving habits. The findings reveal that a significant proportion of UCU students have limited savings, with most citing income constraints as the primary barrier to saving. Additionally, the study identifies a positive correlation between financial education and improved saving habits among students. Factors such as parental influence, peer pressure, and financial literacy are shown to play pivotal roles in shaping the saving behavior of students. The research concludes by emphasizing the importance of financial education programs tailored to the specific needs of students at UCU. It also suggests strategies to enhance saving habits among students, such as promoting financial literacy initiatives, creating a culture of saving, and providing access to financial resources that cater to the unique financial challenges faced by students. Ultimately, this study contributes to the understanding of saving habits among university students in Uganda, offering valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and financial institutions aiming to support young adults in building healthy financial futures.

The Effect of Tax Policies on the Financial Performance of Small and Medium Size Enterprises in Mukono Central Division: A case study of Paris Corner Supermarket

The purpose of the study was to assess the effect of tax policies on the financial performance of small and medium-size enterprises in Mukono central division. The research was steered by three distinctive objectives namely; to examine the effect of tax administration on the performance of small and medium enterprises, to determine the effect of tax compliance on the performance of small and medium enterprises, to examine the effect of tax assessment on performance of small and medium enterprises. The study used a cross-sectional research design and focused on Paris Corner Supermarket Ltd. The study population was 41 and the sample size was 36 respondents who were determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The respondents were also chosen purposively due to the required information. The study used both qualitative and quantitative research approaches for data collection. Interpretation of data was made to describe the research findings. The study findings revealed that tax policies actually have an effect on the financial performance of small and medium-size businesses. All respondents agreed that efficient and effective tax policies are favorable to the survival of small and medium-scale businesses as they are easy to understand and comply with since they allow businessmen to plan accordingly and avoid unnecessary or unexpected expenses. In due regard, the study recommends that businessmen should have knowledge about current tax laws and employ managers who also have information regarding tax laws and understand them to avoid incurring unnecessary costs related to fines and penalties that impact their financial performance.

The Effect of Supplier Evaluation on Service Delivery in Public Entities: A Case Study of Ministry of Works and Transport

The study was carried out at Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. The purpose of the study was to establish the effects of supplier evaluation on service delivery in Ministry of Works and Transport. The research methodology for the study was Correlational research design. The sample size was 59 respondents and both simple random sampling techniques and purposive techniques were applied in selecting the respondents who were included in the sample. The researcher used questionnaires to collect data and data was analysed using SPSS version 25 at univariate and multivariate levels. Study findings revealed that supplier quality commitment had a coefficient of 0.2574, p-value=0.0094 and t value=1.70 which showed that there is some significant effect on service delivery. The results also show that supplier financial ability had no significant effect of supplier financial ability on the service delivery with coefficient of 0.1793, t-value of 1.42 and p-value of 0.162>0.05. Lastly, the results depicted that supplier competence has a coefficient of 0.4589, a p-value of 0.000 which is less than 5% significance level which indicates that there was a strong significant effect of supplier competence on service. The concluded that procurement planning practices that affects service delivery which included supplier competence and supplier quality commitment. The study recommended that Ministry of energy and mineral development should always address and educate its employees on the ways how to minimize on their production costs through minimal utilization of available resources from their supplier which will increase on the service delivery.

The State of Contemporary Music in Worship at Oraba Parish Koboko Archdeaconry Madi West Nile Diocese

Internal auditing is a very important aspect of any company. Therefore, this study aims to assess the contribution of internal auditing in the saving and Credit Cooperative and Organization of St. Francis Chapel Makerere. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews from the audit and finance staff. For data analysis and presentation, the researcher used tables, bar graphs and pie charts. The study found out that internal audit at the SACCO has not been effective due to some various factors. The target population was 10 respondents consisting of 5 women and 5 men. The specific objectives include: 1) To explore what constitutes an effective internal audit, (2) To find out to what extent are the Internal Audits Contributive to St. Francis Makerere Chapel, (3) To recommend best ways to maintain and enhance internal audits. (4) To explore the support programs that the management has put in place to ensure internal audits. The research approach that was used was exploratory research. The main aim was to focus on the data, so that a conceptual model would be formed. The sampling technique that was used was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques that were used where both primary and secondary. Primary data, was all about the researcher going into the field and gathering information from specific people. The secondary source of data, was collection of data through text books, journals, and many other written documents. The research findings indicated some factors that constituted an effective internal audit. Which were; (1) evaluation of internal control systems, (2) reporting and follow up, (3) Internal Audit Independence, (4) adequate resources, (5) qualification and skills, (6) evidence. The findings also revealed main reasons for poor internal Audits. (1) Inadequate resources, (2) Lack of Independence of internal Auditors. (3) Failure to perform follow up, (4) Unqualified personnel. It was further indicated in the findings that the best way to maintain and enhance internal audit effectiveness was to ensure; there was (1) management support. (2) Internal Audit independence, (3) sufficient resources and dual reporting. It was also discovered that majority of the people felt that management had supported internal audits.

Evaluating the Role of Information Technology in Enhancing Internal Controls in Banks. A Comparative Case Study of Absa Bank Uganda

ABSTRACT This dissertation aims to evaluate the role of information technology (IT) in enhancing internal controls in banks, with a specific focus on Absa Bank Uganda. The study employs a comparative case study approach to explore the benefits, limitations, challenges, risks, and effectiveness of technology-based internal control systems in the banking industry. The research utilizes a combination of quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, including surveys/questionnaires, interviews, and open-ended survey questions, to gather insights from employees and key personnel at Absa Bank Uganda. The findings from this research will provide valuable insights for banks and organizations looking to leverage IT to enhance their internal control systems.

The Drivers of Success in Family Based Business: A Case Study Of Mukono

The study covered the drivers of succession in family business: a case study of Mukono division. The study used an explanatory research design which is developed to explore a phenomenon that had not been studied before or had not been well explained previously in a proper manner. The researcher also employed quantitative research approach because this approach was most appropriate for “testing objective theories by examining relationships between variables that can be measured on instruments and analyzed using statistical procedures The study intended to find out the contribution of trust in succession in family business in Mukono division and to examine the contribution of leadership skills in succession in family businesses in Mukono division. The study findings revealed that majority of respondents 70.1% were in agreement that Family members trust each other’s abilities to handle leadership roles in the family business during succession. This finding was evidenced by a Mean of 3.65 and SD of 1.459 implying that trust among family members is a critical factor in determining the success of the transition of leadership roles within a family business. It also revealed that there was a positive relationship between Leadership skills and successful succession plan in family business within Mukono division. The study concluded that trustworthiness is with vital significance in running and managing the business. It also concluded that effective leadership skills are crucial for the success of succession planning efforts within a family business. Leaders who possess the necessary skills and qualities are better equipped to identify, groom, and prepare potential successors for key roles in the business. It was recommended that family-owned businesses should undertake to train prospective successors, in order to enable them to take over the running of the businesses when they are required to do so.

Contribution of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to Ugandas' GDP

The purpose of the study was to examine the contribution of small and Medium-sized enterprises to Uganda’s GDP focusing on the Number of SMEs, their tax earnings, employment opportunities created, and revenue generate from their exports. The objectives of the study were to determine the relationship between the number of SMEs and the GDP of Uganda. The second objective was to evaluate the influence of SMEs’ tax contribution on Uganda’s GDP. The third objective was to explore the link between SMEs’ employment generation and Uganda’s GDP. The Last objective was to examine the influence of SMEs’ export earning on Uganda’s GDP The study used a cross sectional and descriptive study design to conduct the study in the whole of Uganda. Secondary data from UBOS was used to describe the contribution of SMEs to Uganda’s GDP. Findings revealed that SMEs has a positive contribution to Uganda’s GDP after studying their number, tax earnings, employment created and their export earnings. This has culminated into the widening of the GDP of Uganda. The study recommends that SMEs need to employ professionals to manage their businesses this will improve on GDP performance since these will establish and strengthen the internal controls as regards financial resources to reduce on mismanagement and misappropriations. Additionally, widening markets and innovation to boost exports and tax earnings should be enhanced by SMEs while Government should provide incentives and infrastructures to SMEs to boost their performance. Lastly, the study is limited to number of SMEs, their tax revenues; employment opportunities created, and export earnings. This is due to resource and time constraint during the study. Researchers can widen their knowledge on SMEs by studying the impact of SMEs growth on the environment, and the challenges faced by SMEs.

The Growth and Development of Small-Scale Enterprises Among the Youth: A Case Study of Mbuga Village, Mbarara District.

This study assessed the factors that have hindered the growth and development of small scale enterprises in Mbuga village, to identify the limiting factors for the growth and development of small scale enterprises and to examine possible solutions to the slow growth and development of small scale enterprise of Mbuga village in Mbarara district. The study took a cross-sectional design where both quantitative and qualitative approaches were used in the facts that provides wide range of valid responses, no limits were put to respondents, many respondents participated at the same time and also enabled the researcher to understand first, analyze and reveal data in a more meaningful way however, quantitative data was used to provide numerical analysis in terms of frequencies and percentage composition as a way of measuring incidental effects or influence between different variables. A sample size of 50 respondents was used who were expected to provide reliable findings to the study questions administered to them. The study examined the causes of slow growth and development of small scale enterprises in Mbuga village in Mbarara district and findings revealed that inadequate education and training by the business owners to their employees, poor accounting practices, higher transaction costs, lack of market opportunity, stiff competition among SME owners, lack of enabling environment like competition inadequate management like business knowledge, government policies inform of heavy taxes, inadequate land for expansion, lack of improved infrastructures inform of roads and lack of market opportunity was also revealed among the limiting factors to the growth and development of small scale and medium enterprises. The study went ahead to assess the possible solutions to the limitation to the growth and development of small scale and medium enterprises in Mbuga village in Mbarara district. The findings revealed the necessity of equitable allocation of raw materials, improvement in techniques of production, adequate funding through bank loans and subsidies, government to emphasize export strategy to widen the market, improving on government policies like imposing appropriate taxes and giving subsidies, improving on the techniques of production to replace automated equipment and ensuring customer retention through building customer loyalty.

Credit Risk Management Practices and Sustainability of Saccos

The study assessed the influence of credit risk management on sustainability of jubilee SACCO in Bushenyi district. It was guided by the following specific objectives : To ascertain the influence of Credit management policies on sustainability of Jubilee SACCO, To assess the impact of Appraisal of Loan Borrowers on sustainability of Jubilee SACCO and to The establish the Loan recovery challenges at Jubilee SACCO. The study adapted descriptive research design with both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The study population was 78 and the sample size was 68. The study established that the positive effects of credit management policies of sustainability Jubilee SACCOs were: assessment of the credit worthiness of a borrower at jubilee SACCO, the policy framework at Jubilee SACCO provides for Credit Risk identification for effective risk management. It was also revealed that at jubilee loan portfolio management is government by policies established by the members and the board. The SACCO has adopted various approaches in screening and analyzing risk before awarding credit to client to minimize loan loss, Governance structures ensured that the laid down credit risk policies are strictly adhered to at the SACCOs, Appraisal of borrowers promoted sustainability of the SACCCO, and Screening borrowers at Jubilee SACCO reduced the PaR,. The study concluded that Jubilee SACCO management needs to address credit risk challenges in order to prevent it from failing in its obligation and meeting its objective, minimize loan defaulters, cash loss and ensures the organization performs better increasing the return on assets and helping the organization in attaining maximum financial returns. The study further concludes that the SACCO considers risk identification process in credit risk management as essential in optimizing financial performance.

The used a sample of 22 Small and Medium Enterprises for the analysis. The study used primary data obtained through questionnaire administration which was analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS. The study was guided by the following research questions: (i) What is the impact of risk identification and the performance of SMEs? (ii) What is the impact of risk mitigation and the performance of SMEs? (iii) What is the impact of risk monitoring and the performance of SMEs? To achieve these objectives, the study was descriptive analysis to analysis to analyze data. The findings reveal that risk management practices are poorly practiced in SMEs because they have little risk management knowledge and there’s inadequate risk management training among employees. The positive relationship between the dependent and independent variable indicated that the more SMEs effectively implement risk management, the more they improve their performance. The study recommends an improvement in training of employees so to equip them with relevant risk management knowledge. The Government of Uganda in partnership with local authorities should take adequate steps to provide risk management support for the SMEs for example offering financial incentives such as subsidies, low-interest loans to help businesses invest in risk management measures like disaster preparedness.

The study sought to access the effects of financial reports on the performance of small and medium sized enterprises Uganda and establishing the relationship between quality of financial information, inventory management and financial performance of SMEs in Kampala This study is to be guided by specific objectives such as to establish the level of performance of SMEs, to establish the challenges associated with keeping the financial records in SMEs, to establish the relationship between financial records and performance. . The researcher adopted a blend of cross-sectional and descriptive research designs and a stratified random sampling of SMEs in Kampala. A research questionnaire that addressed quality attributes of financial information was to test and inventory management for validity and reliability and this was administered to collect primary data. Secondary data on financial performance was collected from SMEs in Kampala a case study at j&l company ltd. It was discovered that there was significant relationship between quality of financial information and a significant positive relationship between inventory management and financial performance in SMEs. The effect of quality of financial information, inventory management to financial performance . The findings therefore should show the effect of financial reports on the performance of small and medium sized enterprises The study recommends that that SMEs managers.. Proprietors and directors should develop and adopt usage of accounting information in their transaction so as to have coordinated business planning to eliminate duplication and double purchasing. This can be done by initiating a system that details stock at hand and the quantity requested per the time a purchase has to be done. The study also recommends that SMEs should establish an informed basis to reach an appropriate safety stock to be kept in inventory at any one given time. This can be arrived at instituting dependable accounting hardware. The study further recommends that that SMEs should have a streamlined and clear system of account information record keeping that facilitate reconciliation of all firm transactions throughout the accounting system tenure.
