| dc.description.abstract | The study identified what is labour turn over, factors that because labour turnover and measures could be put in place to limit the causes of labour turn over at crown beverages limited in Nakawa industrial are in Uganda The study applied a descriptive survey research design. The design used both qualitative and quantitative methods to describe or interpret a condition or situation. The study included one hundred and thirty-two (132) people including staff and top management at crown beverages limited in Nakawa industrial are in Uganda. A sample of 132 participants including workers both full time and part time staff, top managers human Resource inclusive (HR), at crown beverages limited in Nakawa industrial in Uganda The study used both simple random and purposive sampling techniques to select participants for the study. The study used interviews and questionnaire methods of data collection. From the study findings, it was revealed that crown beverages limited provides Competitive Compensation and Benefits, offer salaries, bonuses, and benefits that match or exceed industry standards. Employee Engagement: Encourage participation, recognition, and empowerment through regular feedback and opportunities for growth, Professional Development, provide training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement, Employee Feedback, regularly collect and act upon employee feedback and suggestions. , Conducting constructive exit interviews to understand reasons for leaving. And, Predictive Analytics through Using data to identify turnover patterns on the factors that to labour turnover at crown beverages limited in Nakawa industrial in Uganda. And from the study findings, the respondents stated that there are Low pay or inadequate compensation, Unhappiness with work environment or culture, Excessive workload and long hours, Inadequate training and development opportunities, Conflicts with colleagues and Poor management or leadership On the measures that could be put in place to overcome labour turnover at crown beverages limited in Nakawa, findings showed the need to Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to understand employee concerns and suggestions, need to ensure transparent and timely communication about company goals, expectations, need to improve on Implementing initiatives supporting physical, mental, and financial well-being and need to Celebrate employees' work anniversaries, years of service, and significant career milestones. In recommendation, as crown beverages limited in Nakawa Uganda works to ensure effective labour turnover and organisational performance at crown beverages limited in Nakawa industrial in Uganda, there is need for effective planning for improved salary Offer, bonuses, and benefits that match or exceed industry standards. need for Acknowledge and reward outstanding performance, milestones, and years of service., and the need for Regularly collect and act upon employee feedback and suggestions.,. In conclusion, the study found out different Causes of Labour turn over at crown beverages limited in Nakawa industrial in Uganda, factors that lead to labour turnover, but proposed different measures to overcome labor turnover AS 30% strongly agreed, 15% agreed 15% was not sure, 17% disagreed and 23% strongly disagreed. | |
