| dc.description.abstract | The study will motivate mothers who have been victims of medical negligence to seek justice through the courts of law by instituting legal proceedings against the practitioners who subject them to medical negligence. It will also encourage doctors and nurses to perform their duty of care towards mothers because if they fail to do so, they can be criminally liable for their actions. Additionally, this research will appeal to the justice system because the courts of law are responsible for handling cases in which the victim has been subjected to medical negligence. | |
