Abstract

This chapter provides a brief overview of the entire research on the assessment of the effects of crisis management and conflict resolution among refugees in Uganda. Therefore, the chapter will mainly comprise; the background of the study, problem statement, purpose, research objectives, and research questions, scope of the study, justification, significance, and conceptual framework.
