Abstract

The role of national legislation on assisted reproduction in advancing the realization implementation disparities that indicate cultural, religious, and political influences. The study shows that legal frameworks can facilitate access to ART but are only central to overcoming infertility and reproductive challenges, the role of national notably the right to the highest attainable standard of health. It assesses barriers such unaffordability, and stigma, which can undermine equitable access to ART. In study critically examines the regulation of ART in different jurisdictions and the legislation in determining access, quality, and equity of such services is critical. The as the stringent eligibility criteria, inadequate health care infrastructure, for the improvement of national legal regimes in order to promote reproductive comparative legal analysis, the paper identifies legislative intent gaps and practical regulation, and rights-based approaches. The article concludes with recommendations extent to which these regulations align with international human rights principles, effective if complemented by broader systemic arrangements like public funding, of the right to health is considered in this paper with a focus on legal, ethical, and policy frameworks. As assisted reproductive technologies (ART) become increasingly autonomy and the right to health for all those who pursue assisted reproduction.
