Abstract
This study examined the Effects of Automated Teller Machines on Client Satisfaction: A Case Study of Stanbic Bank - Mukono Municipality
The primary aim of this research was to examine the effects of Automated Teller Machine service on client satisfaction at Stanbic Bank - Mukono Municipality.
The research employed a questionnaire-based survey which was served out to some ATM users of Stanbic Bank Mukono Municipality provided by Stanbic Bank Mukono branch
The study reveals several significant findings. Firstly, a substantial number of respondents perceived the ATM service as providing adequate security for their transactions. Secondly, clients expressed high levels of satisfaction with the speed of ATMs. Additionally, there were diverse opinions regarding the charge rates, and the convenience of the ATM locations garnered positive responses
This research holds great potential to make valuable contributions to the banking industry and academic knowledge. It can inform strategies for enhancing client satisfaction, improving security quality, facilitating informed decision-making, gaining competitive advantage, and contributing to academic and societal impact.
