dc.description.abstractBased on business administration, reward system and employee performance at Stanbic bank, Mukono branch Uganda, this study was conducted. The objectives of the study were to assess the effect of reward systems on employee performance of Stanbic bank mukono branch. The study determined that the manager recognize employees in terms of rewards to increase motivation and better performance in the job assigned that is highly linked to the organization performance. The need for reward systems and employee performance is very crucial to the operation of the firm. It is advised to adopt a consistent culture of using reward systems and employee performance to increase production in stanbic bank
